Awwww...I'm practising drawing portraits in 2 hours for exams which are after Christmas. This one it the first finished in 2 hours. I usualy manage only face.
I hate it as same as this bloody charcoal, but schools simply LOVE THIS DAMNED STONE AGE THING!!! I have a lot of beautiful, lovely things to paint, not this terrible portrait racing, but I know I need drawing now
Thank you very much I'm not using this expressive style much nowadays.I used to, but now I'm not able to use it purposely, so it was just a randon that I draw this portrait like this
Good work in 2 hours...look at mine 3 hours study for exams [link] its a crap you have good texture ....better than mine ^^ can I ask is this from live model or picture?
I have draw it according to photo.I used to have real models at secondary school, now I's difficult to find somebody It's very visible which parts you like to draw and which aren't so attractive for youI think your work is good, you just needed more time, most people I know aren't able to draw portrait in three hours. It requires quite a lot of practise. Your drawimg look professional...
thanks for nice words once again... hahaha same words came out from my teacher...but because of much attention for that attractive parts i fail my exam ^^ price has to be paid i paid so much attencion to parts i like that my drawing came out strange and unfinished and... that is not the task she's given me crap if you ask me... where is in that freedom of artists...we see what we like and draw that with our hearts... you see thats why your drawing in this comparison is better, because you have equal shadings and see thing in a whole not just in a attractive parts ^^
